Q1What brands of inverters are compatible with it?

Q2Can it be paralleled for capacity expansion? 

A:Yes, it supports parallel connection for capacity expansion. Up to 16 battery packs can be paralleled simultaneously.

 

Q3: What is the warranty period? What does the warranty coverage include?

A:Accessories Warranty Period: 1 year

Battery packs warranty Period: 10 year warranty or at 25°C cycles:8000 cycles ≥70%SOH,subject to the earlier occurrence.(Improper human operation, accidental damage, exceeding the warranty period, and failure to maintain/use as required are not covered by the warranty.)

 

Q4: How to maintain the battery pack?

A:Check the BMS display data (voltage, temperature, SOC, etc.) monthly.

When storing for a long time, keep the battery level at 30%-50% and recharge it every 3 months.

 

Q5: Does it support peak-valley electricity price switching?

A:With an inverter, it can be set to "charge during valley electricity periods and discharge during peak electricity periods" to reduce electricity costs.

 

Q6:What are the steps for battery packs before shipment?

A:We will test them before delivery to ensure the battery packs can operate normally.

 

Q7: If I want to build a 30kwh server rack system, what should I choose?

A:To build a 30kWh server rack energy storage system, recommend selecting a 51.2V 300Ah battery pack (each delivers 15.36kWh). Two pcs such packs connected in parallel will achieve the required 30kWh storage capacity.

 

Q8: What certifications do you have?

A:Our battery packs has TUV,CE,UN38.3 MSDS and all other certifications required for transportation.

 

Q9: How do I set up the system?

A:The battery system can be connected to a PC/bluetooth screen, and you can set and manage the whole system on your computer/bluetooth screen.

 

Q10: I have my own logo, can I print my logo on the battery?

A:Yes, we accept logo customization,if you prepare for bulk purchase we will cover the customize logo fee,if If it's a small-scale customization,we will charge you 100USD customization fee.

 

Q11:Do you provide invoices?

A:Yes. Upon receiving your order and confirming payment clearance, we will issue the invoice to you promptly.

 

Q12:How to change the delivery method/Address?

A:Before shipment: generally, we do not accept address changes after an order is placed. However, if a change is truly necessary,please contact your dedicated salesperson and explain the situation. we can update the address if you confirm the change.

After shipment: If you still need to modify the delivery address, we will inform you of the shipping company's change of address charges.. we will proceed with the address change upon your acceptance of the fees.Different Shipping companies have different rules, and it's possible that some may not accept address changes.

 

Q13:Do you ship to my country? What are the shipping costs?

A:We offer worldwide shipping. The exact shipping fees depend on the product weight and destination country/region. We always recommend the most cost-effective shipping options to help you save on costs.

 

Q14:Under what circumstances can return or exchange be processed?

A:1.The received product model, color, specifications, etc., are inconsistent with the order information.

2.Quality issues or damage

3.The goods have manufacturing defects, or damage incurred during transportation (For shipping - related liabilities: the seller shall be responsible for transportation - caused damage under DDP/DDU terms etc; whereas under EXW terms etc, transportation - related damage shall be borne by the buyer).

4.False advertisingThe actual product capacity or quality does not match the description.
