Return Policy
1. **Warranty Periods**
Batteries and accessories have different warranty periods. If your product fails due to a manufacturing defect, we will provide repair or replacement services. When initiating a return request, our team will contact you within 24 business hours to determine liability and assist with processing.
2. **Return Process**
To minimize delays, please follow our return procedure: - All returns must be authorized through our After-Sales Center. - Submit a **Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA)** form including your order number, product name, and reason for return. Returns without an RMA will not be accepted. - For battery returns, we will provide a shipping label.
3. **Response & Processing**
**Response Timeline**: Our team will respond to your request within **24 business hours**, providing a prepaid shipping label and return address.
**Shipping Arrangements**: If your return does not qualify for free shipping, please arrange return logistics at your own cost (we will provide the return address). Please provide tracking information and proof of shipment.
**Refund/Replacement**: Upon receipt of the returned item, we will process your replacement or refund within **3 business days** and notify you accordingly.
